Our client is a global leader in their field, they are an award-winning company and growing from strength to strength.
A great opportunity has arisen within their fast-paced team supplying full HR Administration support to the HR team and the business. If you have administration experience and are looking for a way into HR, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join agrowing company
**Tasks**
- Raise contracts for new staff and manage entire new starter process from offer stage to probation and 12 monthly performance reviews.
- Assisting line managers with the new starter induction process.
- Organise & co-ordinate group induction programme with HR Manager
- Manage all terms and conditions documents, relating to transfers, promotions, secondments etc, sending out communication documents and liaising with the payroll team.
- Maintain accurate absence data and work with HR Manager to manage absence issues in line with policy.
- Managing the HR team inbox alongside the HR Advisor
- Provide administration support for the implementation of key projects.
- Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of all standard documentation, including standard letters, policies, forms and procedures, document creation system.
- Take responsibility for collating and producing HR KPI’s.
- Manage the suggestion scheme, including updating the spreadsheet and following up with outcomes.
- Ensures all changes to personnel are followed up diligently, making sure payroll are notified, accurate documentation is produced, organisational charts are maintained, and files are up-todate.
- Support on the implementation of the new HR system.
