Recruitment Resourcer

Position: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Home and office working, Olney

**Salary**: Circa £25k plus bonus

Hours: Full time 9 - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with 2 days working from home (flexible working considered)

We recruit exclusively for organisations in the challenging Not-For-Profit sector. We're fully behind the charities and bodies that aim to change the world - one project at a time. To help these amazing organisations, we need great people

About the Role

You will support the team by finding great people for these great organisations.

Responsibilities include:
*Creating job adverts
*Posting roles to job boards
*Booking interviews

About You

You will be from a recruitment background whether that is traditional agency, HR or internal recruitment with amazing customer service skills and a passion for helping charities find the right person for the job.

You will have core administration skills to support you in your role and will have great people skills, with the ability to work under pressure in this fast paced environment.

If you are passionate about helping people, building relationships and being a crucial support to our clients and are someone we can rely on, then we would love to hear from you.

We will provide training in the services we offer and how to support clients in the Not for Profit sector. There are a whole host of clients that need your support and are waiting for you to dedicate your time to making sure they get the most they can from the services we offer.

Although not essential, knowledge of the Not-For-Profit/Charity sector would be an advantage... but if you have the skills and the drive, then we want to hear from you
