**The Role**:Supervisor

Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week over 5 days, plus holiday and sickness cover. Must be available Monday - Saturdays.

Experience is preferred and a passion for excellent customer service is essential.

Full training will be provided.

Must be over 18.

Pay dependent on ability and experience.
- Level 2 Hygiene Certificate is advantageous but not essential as training will be given
- Excellent verbal communicational & written capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Must be a team player
- The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go
- Able to walk / stand for 100 per cent of each shift
- Previous experience & knowledge of catering practices preferredbut training will be given
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Staff Rotas / Holiday
- Staff retention
- Staff training & Development
- Problem solving capabilities
- Rotate stock items
- Ordering of stock / Re-stock kitchen
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and at the appropriate temperatures
- Quality Control
- Ensuring the Bakery is always ready for an unannounced EHO visit
- Monitoring the HACCPS System and ensuring that all staff are following Health & Safety Regulations
- Ensuring the staff dress & hygiene standards are maintained
- The ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance is essential
- Reliable transportation is required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
