- Have a good level of understanding in general construction
- Responsible for being the point of contact between workers and the Project Manager
- Coordinating tasks for the day including but not limited to creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and daily inspections of site in accordance with drawings
- Proactively identifying future issues that may arise during execution of construction activities and find a solution with the help of the Project Manager.
- Managing specialist sub-contractors and signing off their works
- Procurement of standard materials from approved suppliers in advance and in accordance with the schedule
- Making sure that the activities on-site are in line with health and safety guidelines including conducting safety inductions, carrying out Risk Assessments, Toolbox talks, etc.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress
- Directly supervise and coordinates the activities of construction and building workers and / or subcontractors.
- Liaises with managers and contractors to resolve operational problems.
- Determines or recommends staffing and other needs to meet productivity requirements.

**Key Skills Required**
- Have exceptional written and spoken English
- Full valid clean UK driving license
- IT literate and can adapt to use a cloud software’s to update regular site progress for health & safety and construction management.
- Be highly self-motivated and have experience of delivering high quality projects in a pressurised environment
- Have management experience of running residential projects.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a right first-time attitude
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).
- First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Traffic Marshall qualification desirable, but must be willing to obtain as soon as possible if not available.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
