The Market Design & Build are growing We are looking for a experienced site foreman to join one of our projects based in Hayes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for construction crew
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Monitor progress of construction projects and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations on site
- Provide guidance and mentorship to construction crew members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Salary**: £180.00 per day
