This role is working 38 weeks per year during school term time plus INSET plus 6 weeks holiday to be taken during school closure periods.

**About the role**:
As Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Interventions at Arc School Old Arley, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will support pupils to make progress in a range of classroom settings, including working with individuals, small groups and whole classes where the assigned teacher is not present by delivering clearly structured, interesting teaching and learning activities. You will attend relevant meetings and under the overall direction and guidance of the Deputy / Assistant Headteacher, contribute to the short, medium and long term planning and preparation of lessons where required and prepare and deliver lessons where required, under the direction of the Assistant Head.
**About you**:
For this role we are looking for someone who holds a level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and has experience of working within a **SEN** setting, a passion for supporting young people to learn and develop. You will be someone who wants to make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people. **About us**:
Arc School Old Arley, part of Kedleston Group, is an independent specialist day school near Nuneaton, for children and young people aged between the ages of 7 and 16. We provide a safe learning environment for children and young people with a wide range of varying needs including social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and attachment difficulties (AD).
