**Our client based in Hartlepool is looking for a full time Administrator to join their business support team, on a temporary basis.**
- **Start date: ASAP**:

- **Working Days: Monday - Friday**:

- **Hourly rate: £11.81ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels**

**Purpose of the role**

Provide admin support and assist in working towards the objectives of the school. This may involve providing support to a project or task, which may include the creation of basic management information systems, and financial monitoring of transactions.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the day to day organisation and provision of the admin services
- Maintain records, organise meetings, room and travel bookings, maintaining office systems
- Provide analysis and evaluation of data and information in the most appropriate format and produce reports accordingly
- Ensure office equipment, stationary and other office consumables are ordered in accordance with the Schools purchasing procedures
- Respond to more complicated non-routine queries from parents/ carers, members of the public and school staff whilst drawing on an understanding of school protocols, internal polices and external regulations
- Undertake accurate data-inputting, word processing and other IT based tasks as well as the management of computerised and manual records
- Assist senior staff in planning, development and monitoring of the school admin systems
- Undertake reception duties
- Take special measures to safeguard the confidentiality of the schools information and data in relation to password protection.
- Be responsible for locking away confidential data
- Operate, and on occasion, demonstrate to other staff specific IT packages
- Completion and submission of monitoring forms, returns including those that are statutory and to external bodies
- Mentor and allocate work to more junior staff who are school office team members
- Within an agreed system of supervision, manage small projects in school
- Process all relevant orders and invoices within the school in accordance with financial procedures
- Undertake monthly payroll reports and act as key contact
- Provide financial information in an appropriate manner to allow senior staff to undertake financial planning and decision making
- When required, provide support to senior staff to assist with developing school procedures and practice to improve service delivery.
