As a PBS Practitioner, we are looking for an excellent communicator and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a recognised PBS qualification to join our team. As part of the Quality and Compliance team and reporting to the Practice Improvement Manager you will work closely with our operational and training colleagues to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism in our supported living, residential care homes and children services in London and Berkshire.

As the PBS Practitioner, you will work closely with the people we support to develop and implement personalised support plans that both meet their needs and help to grow their independence and life skills. That includes promoting the use of PROACT-SCIPr-UK®, The post holder will use their expertise to support predominantly in the following areas:

- Staff training & development
- Functional Behaviour Assessment
- Behaviour Support Planning (BSP)
- BSP implementation (including practice workshops)
- Incident analysis & debrief
- Upskilling staff in communication techniques
