**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the sales team in managing contracts.
- Monitor internal reports for any overdue tasks and contact the relevant clients for this information.
- Process Vehicle Worksheets as and when required.
- Monitor contracts to make sure they adhere to specific compliance.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- IT literate and proficient with computer systems.
- Numerically minded and familiar/comfortable using Excel/spreadsheets.
- Methodical approach to work with an excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to targets and timescales while remaining results orientated.
- Previous experience within an administrative/office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong appetite to learn and a positive attitude.
