**Marketing & Admin Assistant**

**Salary: DOE**

**Hours: 16 hours per week - hours can be worked flexibly over the week. All hours will be worked at our office in Hingham within office hours (Monday to Friday).**

A long established and leading British bedding company located in the attractive Norfolk countryside is seeking a Marketing and Admin Assistant to join the business at an exciting time. Working in a dynamic and diverse role this will offer an exciting challenge each day.

Responsibilities will include:

- Plan and execute our social media content throughout the year.
- Work closely with the Manager in regard to key advertising campaigns throughout the year.
- Assist with updating and managing product listings across various platforms.
- Managing customer relationships; updating CRM, placing orders and dispatching stock for orders in the absence of the manager.
- Any adhoc duties to ensure business is running efficiently e.g. support the packing and shipment of products, physical stock checks etc.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience using social media for business and/or working with an ecommerce website.
- Strong all round administration skills; attention to detail, efficient, detailed, computer literate etc.
- Excellent work ethic; Punctual, a can do attitude, proactive and constantly learning, not afraid to take responsibility for job duties.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £8,190.00 per year
