**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...**
- To carry out the complete end to end Sales Order Process
- Providing first line support to customers
- Buying stock
- Managing customers orders
- Providing administrative support and assistance to Customers who have made purchases
- Planning and scheduling deliveries
- Booking installations
- To process requests for consumable items and ensure timely shipments

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Experience within customer service/administration (ESSENTIAL)
- To be a motivated individual, looking to progress in their career
- Efficient IT skills
