We are working on an excellent opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join the Client Benefits team within their financial planning firm.

You will be the main point of contact for communications from clients, providers and financial planners. You’ll be building meaningful and professional relationships with clients and colleagues, whilst managing benefits schemes and processing new business.

This opportunity offers fantastic progression routes into the financial planning industry plus a chance to work for a thriving and growing firm.

**_Benefits:_**
- Salary between £22,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience
- Private medical insurance
- Company funded health cash plan
- Hybrid working (2 days from home per week)
- Exam support (pay for exams/books, supported with study)
- 25 days holiday + holiday purchase scheme

**_Skills required:_**
- Previous experience working within administration
- Great attention to detail, highly organised with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with Intelligent Office is _desirable_
- Experience working in a client relationship management role is _desirable _
- Employee benefits/pensions admin experience is _desirable _
