**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Processing new customer bookings and coordinating / Project managing existing works
- Being the intermediate between engineers, customers and tenants
- Ensuring the service system is updated and records maintained on each job
- Checking all job-related documents and preparing quotations
- Following up quotations and promoting the company at all times
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times

**About you: -**
- Excellent communication skills - articulate, confident, professional
- High customer service skills
- Efficient, flexible, dependable and a proactive team-player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and use own initiative
- Excellent mannerism and attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: £24,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
