Our client based in Camberley has a fantastic opportunity for a new member to join their growing Online Team and assist with their warranty and returns.

Alongside this, you will also be in charge of reconciling the daily and weekly figures that the department produces.

You will be responsible for helping the Online Team by handling the customer returns that come from the website orders along with handling customer warranty claims.

You will need the ability to work under your own initiative, under pressure, working to daily deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

- Handling website returns and processing them physically as well on the system
- Processing customer exchanges and refunds
- Liaising with suppliers on the progress of warranty items
- Liaising with their retail stores on returns and processing these
- Process the end of day banking
- Good communication skills having the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Be able to manage your own workload
- Happy to work under pressure when required as it can get busy
- Work to daily deadlines
- Good administration skills
- Well organised
- Computer literate

Would suit someone with Administration skills, Sales Administration, Customer Services, Order Processing, Returns Administration, Accounts Administrator, Dispatch Administrator.
