Creative Videographer

Our marketing department is made up of creative souls, strategists and data-driven experts. They're the people behind our national advertising campaigns, the look and feel of our website, as well as all our printed literature including our lifestyle anthology - Stories, not to mention our social media. From designers and photographers, to writers and stylists, they work collaboratively and alongside all the other departments at Neptune to promote, manage and maintain the consistency of our brand.

As Neptune's content requirements grow, we are looking for an experienced, creative and organised Videographer to join our in-house team. You will create videos required to support the marketing team's content strategy and the wider business' video needs and help determine the most appropriate equipment and practices. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for driving forward Neptune's video content as best in class, evolving our approach to videography to align with our creative direction.

**Working closely with the marketing team, you will tell Neptune's stories through video by**:

- Creating compelling content videography by shooting video, both on location and in the studio, to create inspirational assets that meet set company briefs
- Attend photoshoots ofcustomer homes, with our in-house stylist(s) to capture the project in motion, as well as the customers talking to camera
- Creating 'behind the scenes' video on selected photoshoots or events to satisfy content demands for social and web content activity
- Visiting our stores, shoot locations and other travel opportunities to capture the necessary content
- Ensuring a consistently high standard and on-brand delivery

You'll be creative and adaptable and skilled in the art of video-making to include, storytelling, style of shoot, camera work and angles, editing, graphics and imagery. You'll also have previous experience shooting lifestyle and semi-lifestyle video content for social and web.

As a great team player you'll be efficient and highly organised with your time as well as very flexible to meet tight deadlines as required. You'll also hold a full UK driving licence.
