People Solutions are seeking 3 New Claims Advisors to join their team based at The Fort Dunlop in Erdington.
The focus will be to deliver a high-quality, telephone-based sales through service experience to customers (no cold calling - all inbound calls)
**Working days and shift times**:
The role is 38 hours per week, with work on a rotational shift basis, with shifts between 8.00am-8.00pm Monday
- Saturday on a rotational basis.
Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays may also be required
**Pay rate**:
£21,898 per annum
**Day to Day Duties**
To effectively process, manage and convert enquiries allocated in line with business requirements.
To answer calls effectively and provide a professional service to customers
Accurately logging calls and updating the systems
**Essential Skills**
Good telephone manner
Use of Microsoft Office
**Desirable Experience**
Previous customer service experience
