**Hours**:Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

**Job Purpose**:
We have an opportunity for someone to join our Purchasing and Customer Service Team, responsible for stock control and order processing, both for our suppliers and direct customers. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic individual who wants to become part of our friendly, welcoming team.The role requires working on an occasional Saturday on a rota basis. This is paid at 1.5 hourly rate in addition to base salary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse product sales, returns, stock holding, and trends
- Oversee monthly ordering, collate figures, and review orders.
- Liaise with all suppliers to update range plans, order quantities, and timescales to improve fulfilment deliverables.
- Check supplier invoices monthly, working with the accounts teams on any queries.
- Supervise internal stock control across all locations, including bulk deliveries.
- Organise weekly stock ordering and backorder reports.
- Assist in monitoring SKU details and adjust reorder points as required.
- Manage pre-orders on new stock lines
- Set up products and product price lists
- Receipt in stock deliveries
- Coordinate delivery imports, work with shippers, and collaborate with the warehouse team to plan deliveries
- Monitor stock movement and stock turn
- Answer customer phone calls, process orders, and respond to queries.
- Process customer returns

**Reporting to** : Customer Experience Manager

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Customer service experience
- Experience of CRM system
- Confident and friendly, able to demonstrate empathy
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to act on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent attention to detail

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in purchasing, sales or admin-based role
