My client, a global organisation is looking for a Renewals Administrator to join their busy team on a 12 month fixed term contract.Previous experience of renewals is not essential, but the role will suit someone who has gained some experience in a customerservices role, ideally within a target-driven environment.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The key element of this role will be managing quotations and requests for support contract renewals. This will entail responding to and progressing a wide range of requests from resellers, using multiple tools and CRM systems and carrying out related administration.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create and issue customer quotes 90 days in advance of expiry
- Record & manage quote information in CRM (SAP SalesView)
- Support our Sales Account Managers
- Work cross line of business and with other departments on lead management
- Handle requests for contract changes (co-termination, adds, deletes, date, ownership or site)
- Manage service renewal mailbox, responding to queries and passing over to sales any new or product refresh opportunities in a timely manner
- Manage Vendor quotes, pricing and special pricing requests

**ABOUT YOU**

Overall this position is ideal for someone who has some experience of working with multiple IT systems and tools, who is eager to learn and enjoys contributing to meet team targets.

- Previous experience in providing customer service
- Ability to use standard software: MS Office Applications and Database software

- Experience of using CRM systems eg. SAP
