**Your Role and Responsibilities**: You will be the backbone of our service department. Collaborating closely with the Mixing Systems Manager, you will:
- **Manage the Warehouse**: Coordinate the warehouse and workshop area, ensuring its efficiency and organisation.
- **Spare Parts Management**: Maintain spare parts racks and an up-to-date database, making sure essential components are readily available.
- **Equipment Preparation**: Prepare tinting equipment for transportation to various locations globally.
- **Quality Assessment**: Evaluate returned tinting equipment, guaranteeing its functionality and condition.
- **Stock Provisioning**: Ensure tinting equipment availability for stock, contributing to seamless operations.
- **Second-Hand Parts**: Manage second-hand spare parts, keeping the database accurate and the area clean and organised.
- **Ultrasonic Cleaner Maintenance**: Maintain and use ultrasonic cleaners, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
- **Safety First**: Uphold a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
- **Eco-Conscious Practices**: Champion recycling processes within the warehouse, contributing to our sustainability efforts.
- **Tool Storage**: Coordinate the storage of tools, creating an efficient and accessible system.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and guide the warehouse assistant, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- **Equipment Inspection**: Perform daily inspections of trial and demonstration equipment, maintaining their top-notch quality.
