**The role**:
Over the last 7 years we have seen a phenomenal growth rate in both our revenue figures and the number of employees (a.k.a Hueligans) that have joined the team. FY21- FY22 saw our headcount grow from 110 to just under 250 employees, and we even emerged into new employment markets too.To help us continue building a team we are proud of, we’re looking for a new **Talent Executive** to join us.

**What we're looking for in you**:
This role will best suit someone with around **1 to 2 years of experience working in recruitment or have relevant experience. **You might have already worked at an agency, or maybe you have worked in-house, but what is vital is that you have an understanding of the key steps in a recruitment process and know what good talent looks like.
