Executive Assistant

We're on the lookout for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the right-hand person to our CEO, you'll play a key role in helping him stay organized, focused, and able to drive Huel's mission forward.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the workings of a rapidly growing business while being part of an energetic and purpose-driven People team. You'll be responsible for managing a jam-packed calendar, coordinating key meetings, and handling communications like a boss.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an EA supporting C-Suite, executives, or high-profile individuals with incredibly busy schedules in fast-paced environments. You'll have a complete-finisher mentality, uncompromised integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability, as well as a wholly inclusive mindset.
As a team player, you'll be capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the organization. You'll have meticulous attention to detail, excellent comprehension, and the ability to draw insights from multiple data sources. You'll also have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities from different stakeholders and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
