**The Role**:
Starting in our showroom, you will guide customers through our selection of quality and sustainable flooring options, ensuring their journey with us is seamless and fulfilling.
You will be involved in various aspects of the business, including operational, administrative, and marketing tasks.
As you grow into the role, you could progress to an external sales position, which includes surveying properties and providing quotes and comes with the benefits of a **company vehicle** and **mobile phone**.
Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with the necessary skills to succeed and grow within the company.
**What We Offer**:
A competitive salary of **£24,000 - £30,000**, per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
28 days holiday, per annum pro rata, including bank holidays.
Working hours of 40+ per week across 5-6 days (Monday to Saturday).
