We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor.

This fast paced and challenging role will require you to provide a comprehensive support service to Life Fitness customers by identifying and resolving customer queries.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You’ll be ensuring all fault calls are scheduled effectively, whilst meeting KPI’s.
- You’ll also be required to chase and investigate any issues and liaise with the customer regarding any delays in the processing and scheduling of fault calls.

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**:

- You’ll be liaising with many different individuals, from technicians to customers to account managers and finance departments, so strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- It is essential that you have previous experience in a customer facing role or within a dispatch function or can demonstrate good customer service.
- Part of the role requires using troubleshooting skills and reading machine schematics to resolve technical issues, so some technical knowledge would be desirable, however full training will be provided.
- You’ll be part of an established team of 6 advisors and will have the opportunity to work from home as well as our new headquarters in Ely.

We offer hybrid working after training, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
