**About this role**:
The ultimate purpose of this role is to provide a highly effective data management service for the Fire Safety division which ensures the delivery of accurate and timely data exports in accordance with client's contractual requirements and championing internal projects to deliver effective data to assist the business operations.

**Key Accountabilities Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- ** **Have the ability to work with information from a variety of diverse data sources, including internal and external stakeholders databases.
- Work alongside the fire risk assessment and planning/scheduling/dispatch (PSD) team(s) in relation to:

- Understanding client requirements - volumes of work, deadlines and allocations
- Management of fieldwork activity (supplementary support to process)
- Daily work allocations
- Retrieval of information from surveyors
- Data management and validation
- Provide routine daily/weekly/monthly data exports in line with client contractual requirements.
- Prioritise data issues for attention based on urgency.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all data exports prior to issue.
- Liaise with clients to identify and resolve data issues.
- Be familiar with and use of all file transfer protocols (FTP) for delivery of data exports.
- Be involved at contract mobilisation to design and assist the build of new data exports for new clients, which may involve site meetings at a distance.

- **you will be taking a leading role in developing our data capabilities:

- Maintain a positive relationship with our software suppliers (SIMPRO and Safety Culture) to ensure a pro-active and productive attitude towards problem solving
- Identify key time saving and quality increasing solutions within data exports.
- Effective communication and relationship with field staff to ensure data input issues are resolved in a timely fashion
- Champion internal data projects to assist the management team in gaining intelligence about the company and performance
- Maintain data tracker in respect of client delivery and keep internal data checklist and step by step guides up to date

**Administration**
- Carry out any other additional miscalleneous project administration work as required, which may include report writing or assisting the management team
