Senior B2B Sales Consultant - Overview

As a Senior B2B Sales Consultant and a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the commercial element of our company.

Our directors, some of the best positioned and cool leaders in the Data & Analytics space, are seeking a seasoned sales professional who demonstrates a proven track record in sales and strategic business development.

In contrast to typical B2B sales positions, this role offers accelerated career progression and the opportunity to work directly with high-profile clients. We prioritize rapid engagement with our distinguished clientele, leveraging the dynamic nature of our business.

Your role will involve strategic engagement with businesses across Europe and North America, initiating discussions with top-tier executives in prominent organizations. You will be instrumental in introducing our premium products to key decision-makers and orchestrating significant deals. Participation in international events, cultivating lasting industry relationships, and emerging as a senior leader in our rapidly expanding company will be key aspects of your role. An attractive commission structure supplements your base salary.

You can get another B2B sales role at a bigger company, the work will be easier, but progression is always slower. Due to the dynamic nature of the business, it is in our interest to get you speaking with our prestigious clients ASAP.

It will be your role to support the Company's sales efforts. The directors have a background in "in the trenches" sales, and are looking to combine forces with someone who also has a similar background.

We have the processes for success in place, we simply have a capacity issue.

Our aim with this role is to set you on the path to becoming one of the top sales executives globally. Our experience in this space is genuinely unparalleled and we're looking for someone with the same hunger, drive and ambition that we have.

Your role will be to will contact businesses across North America, setting up calls, pitching and closing high-level executives in large, well known and respected organizations. You'll also attend international events, build long-lasting relationships, and become one of the senior leaders in our fast-growing business. and earn a commission alongside your basic salary.

- Speak with decision-makers over a 45 minute phone call to establish relevenace and mutual suitability
- Collaborate with internal departments to follow through on all business development leads
- Manage your own pipeline and closing your own sales

- Regular visits to and possible options to work at our Downtown Vancouver office.

B2B Sales Consultant - The Compensation Structure

Starting between £40,000 and £50,000 + £ 200 per deal depending on experience. OTE can very easily £ 100k+ per year.
