**Schedule**: Night Shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional care to our residents.
- Promote and support residents' independence.
- Assist residents with daily tasks, including personal care.
- Develop and execute individualized care plans tailored to residents' unique needs.

**Requirements**:

- A sincere desire to provide compassionate care.
- A strong team-oriented mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification.
