Job description:
As the Globalization Product Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our website's global success by creating a user-friendly and culturally relevant online experience for our international audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Development, and Content, to deliver a world-class website that resonates with our diverse customer base and drives business growth in various regions.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and execute a comprehensive globalization strategy for the website, ensuring seamless user experiences across different countries and languages.
2.Lead the localization efforts to adapt website content, images, and other elements to resonate with regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
3.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and culturally sensitive web designs that enhance user engagement.
4.Coordinate with developers to implement localization features and ensure website functionality in multiple languages.
5.Conduct user research and analysis to understand the preferences and behaviors of diverse international audiences.
6.Monitor website performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize user experiences and increase conversion rates.
7.Work closely with content creators to produce multilingual and culturally appropriate content for the website.
8.Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and innovations in web design and globalization to drive continuous improvement.
9.Manage and prioritize website development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
10.Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize website rankings in different regions and languages.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
2.Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on website design and globalization.
3.Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web design best practices.
4.Familiarity with localization tools and techniques, as well as multilingual content management systems (CMS).
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6.Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7.Proficiency in SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure website performance.
8.Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
9.Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- WC1A 1DE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
