Sales Assistant

Juice is pleased to be supporting a creative retail company based in Radstock, in their search for a Sales Assistant to join their friendly team.

**DAY TO DAY**:

- Answering all customer queries over the phone, face-to-face, and via the website
- Developing a strong understanding and providing detailed information on all products
- Processing orders in a timely manner
- Dealing with enquiries and advising customers on telephone orders
- Providing a high level of customer service to all customers

**WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrable interest in ceramics/pottery
- Positive and proactive approach
- Experience completing tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrates a can-do and team-orientated attitude
- Voluntarily offers help to colleagues and customers
- Takes initiative during quieter times
- Ability to do heavy lifting day-to-day is required
