Day to Day of the Role: Raising monthly sales invoices for contracted customers.Allocating card and Direct Debit payments.Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.Managing credit control activities.Performing a variety of financial administrative duties to support the finance team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Essential accounts experience.High attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on prompt task completion.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Confidence in processing invoices and experience with statement reconciliations and handling queries.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive and outgoing attitude.Sage 50 experience is desirable but not essential.
