**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Greet visitors and provide them with information about the company.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage calendars for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 50 per week

**Salary**: £21,579.00-£22,722.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Tips
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
