**About The Role**:
RAC is currently recruiting for a dynamic **Resourcing Administrator** to join our Recruitment team based at our iconic Head Office in Walsall. This role will be hybrid, working two days in the office and three days remote on a 3** month FTC**

As a Resourcing Admin, you’ll be working closely with the recruitment team to manage all administration duties, supporting on high volume campaigns and analysing data using the ATS.

**What you’ll do**
- Arrange interview/assessment rooms, locations/hotels
- Use the Applicant Tracking System to manage all vacancies ensuring that the data held in the system is accurate
- Identify the most appropriate methods of attraction, including internal and external advertising and databases
- Coordinate the advertising of vacancies
- Previous experience of working within a HR / Recruitment Administrator role
- Proven background in a high volume fast paced recruitment team
- Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System preferable
- Organised and capable of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- High attention to detail and with solid capability to record and present MI and data
- Have a full understanding of best practice recruitment methods and key aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
- Strong relationship building skills with the confidence to challenge hiring leaders and be able to manage challenges
- Strong communicator with proven experience of being able to communicate clearly at any level
- Have exceptional organisational skills and can prioritise effectively and have the capability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
