Contract Title Senior Associate Older age and End of Life CareDepartmentProfessional Learning Responsible toProgramme Manager / Programme DesignerTenureSelf-employed opportunity for a period of approximately 12-18 months St Christophers CARE is looking for an experienced associate to lead on the design/redesign, testing and refinement of a number of inter-related learning programmes that help build competency and skill in nurses and others to delivery high quality care for people living with frailty and dementia as they approach the end of life, including those who reside in care homes. The Professional Learning team already delivers some training in these areas, in particular dementia care and skills development for the care home workforce. It has also provided conferences and similar related to care for people who are frail and approaching the end of life, reflective of clinical and research related expertise. It has a number of associates already delivering education and training to care homes and focused on care for people with dementia approaching the end of life.
