**About the Role**

At easywaste, we're on a mission to simplify waste management for businesses across the UK. As a Direct Sales Representative, you'll be the face of easywaste, engaging with our customers and delivering exceptional service. You'll play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our clients by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and generating leads.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Meeting with prospective and existing business customers across the UK, averaging about 50 visits per day.
- Identifying customer needs and sales opportunities across multiple waste management solutions.
- Serving as the key point of contact for customers to secure their next waste management contract.
- Building rapport and providing world-class service to our customers.
- Working towards and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

- **18 months+ Sales Experience**: Preferably in a B2B, face to face sales, lead generation, or direct sales.
