Dietitian Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, enthusiastic, confident Dietitian to become part of our fast paced, small, friendly and extremely supportive Community Dietetic team
You will be delivering community healthcare around Central Lancashire based at Minerva Health Centre in Preston; working flexibly and travelling around the area as required and also carrying out outpatient clinics to patients in the community. In addition you will also have the fantastic opportunity to work as an integral member of the mental health team at The Harbour; a 154 bedded Mental Health Hospital based in Blackpool situated on Preston New Road.
Your role will involve the assessment and implementation of care plans for patients in their own home, care homes and community locations including community hospitals. Assist in the training of health care professionals and carers and maintenance of IT systems that support patient care.
