**Business Officer, Syndication & Corporate Lending**A major Hong Kong bank is looking for a Business Officer with significant Credit Analysis skills to join their Syndication & Corporate Lending division.
**Role**
You will be joining one of the largest banks in Asia with a significant global footprint. They have a presence in 3 continents and have been established in the UK for over 30 years. They are searching for a hardworking and passionate Business Officer who hassignificant Credit Analysis skills and is keen to join a dynamic and fast-moving team that will help them develop professionally and personally
**Responsibilities**
The responsibilities for this role are varied and broad. You will be expected to assist the Business Manager to develop new business opportunities; to monitor and control designated account portfolio for managing the overall credit risks and any irregular performancein accordance with Credit Manual and to liaise with customers and counterparties with a view to gathering customer and market information to fulfil 'Know Your Customer' (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Account Opening requirements and solicit businessopportunities for the Bank. You will also be expected to perform analysis on new and existing clients relating to business, industry, strategy and financials (including financial projections); to monitor and control designated account's irregular performancein accordance to the bank's guideline and to write and submit credit proposals and related reports (including: status reports and credit reviews) for risk assessment/control in a timely manner
**Requirements
**The bank is looking for a minimum of 1 year experience as a Credit Analyst in banking or NBFIs. They are looking for someone who is familiar with corporate lending and a variety of products a corporate bank offer. It is vital that you have worked ina finance role in the UK and have a detailed understanding of the UK market. You must be able to analyse financial data and information and be able to write a good credit proposal. If you are a hard working individual and someone who is looking for a longterm career at a major global bank then you will succeed in this role.
