Customer Accounts Advisor

Marks Sattin is working in partnership with a fully established business, based in Bristol to recruit a newly created Customer Accounts Advisor on a permanent contract. This is a newly created role that will provide support to the finance function, being at the forefront of their credit control function in the finance department.
This role will be paying between £27k and £34k per annum with excellent benefits.
**Customer Accounts Advisor Role**:
Reporting to the Customer Accounts Team Leader you will support with key activities in the finance function including working with customers and agencies.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Managing outstanding balances for agencies and customers.
- Proactively working with customers to identify reasons for arrears.
- Working closely with third parties reconciling agreements and identifying breaks in payments.
- Working alongside multiple internal departments to provide the best possible services.
- Experience with consumer credit control.
- Be able to negotiate repayment plans & understand people that have financial constraints.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and agencies alike
- Strong attention to detail.
- Being able to work on their own initiative.
