**Training Manager - Home Based - Salary Depends on Experience**

Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting for a Training Manager to manage the Training team (both employed and self-employed) in delivering and developing our current training offer, ensuring the best experience for users and maintaining quality assurance.

**Key Responsibilities of a Training Manager**:

- Manage the development and implementation of our training delivery
- Work with colleagues in the development of a wide range of exciting new service initiatives aimed at taking relationship support beyond the traditional counselling model
- Continuously explore the best way to deliver our training and development, embracing the latest opportunities offered by digital delivery, as well as working in partnership with other organisations and individuals
- To explore whether this CPD can also be made available to the market externally
- To develop the training elements of the services plan and business development plan - for example the offer to other stakeholders for training products such as counselling skills for non-counsellors
- To support the development of all training and CPD for staff
- Substantial experience in delivering a busy training or learning and development function, in a medium sized organisation
- Experience of educating, training and development in the counselling space would be desirable. As would experience of working in a similar or allied practice environment. But most important is demonstrable experience of innovating, developing and deliveringtraining in a clinical or similar specialist or technical setting, and working closely with clinical or specialist colleagues in the continuous review and development of content.
- A professional qualification in a field relevant to this role - either teaching, training or health and social care and evidence of CPD
- Demonstrable experience of innovating, developing and delivering training using multiple delivery channels
- Demonstrable experience of managing regional and/or national relationships
- Operational line and performance management (both of employees and self-employed contractors)
- A strong track record in delivering excellent customer, stakeholder and relationship management
- Demonstrable track record of service innovation, and creative approaches to problem solving
- Evidence of a personal commitment to education, learning and development
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK, with some overnight stays
- Proficient at owning and managing a budget and finding ways to develop new income streams
- Strong ICT skills, including the use of Microsoft office and accustomed with working through digital media

**Benefits**:

- Hours: 35 Hours per week for a full-time appointment
- Pension scheme: Auto-enrolment in the pension scheme
- Annual Leave: For a full-time appointment, 25 days per annum, plus public holidays and the period between 27 December and 1 January
