Vision for Education are looking for experienced Youth workers to work in schools as Teaching Assistants.
**About the role**:
The role will be full time and will involve working in small groups and 1:1 with students with additional SEMH needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support with classes, including English, Maths, Humanities, Science and Art as well as building relationships through activities. To be successful in this role, excellent behavior management is required. As well as being in the classroom, you are likely to be asked to work outside with the students and day trips are a large part of the role.

To be considered for the role of Youth Worker you will:
- Youth work experience
- Experience of working with children and young people
- Relevant and recent references
- Relevant DBS on the Update Service
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Youth work experience
**Key responsibilities**:
As Youth Worker you will be responsible for:
- Working in small groups and 1:1
- Working closely with other TA's
- Providing a good relationship to the students
