We have an exciting new role working for a leading Bath based employer

**The role
Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work as part of a small, agile team who work closely with managers and colleagues in HR to ensure recruitment needs are met. The postholder will lead and develop a high-quality recruitment servicewhich embodies the HR values of pace, innovation and customer service.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition responsibilities will include:

- Continuously reviewing and improving the recruitment process to ensure it is customer focused, lean, responsive and optimises self-service; whilst being in line with best practice, promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and meeting all legal and regulatoryrequirements
- Developing practices in applicant attraction, engagement and selection including using social media, and developing tools and templates for others to use
- Enabling the team of Recruitment Coordinators to advice and support managers to identify and effective attraction approach for their post and create a positive recruitment experience
- Line managing and developing a team of Recruitment Coordinators to achieve high levels of performance, expertise, and customer service both individually and as a team
- Providing training and development to staff and managers across the organisation to be capable recruiters who can attract, select and recruit staff fairly, legally and successfully
- Monitoring and taking action to improve recruitment performance, using data to improve the recruitment experience and performance across the business
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and Advisors to ensure strategic recruitment needs are understood and met
- Supporting the Business Partner, Advisory and Workforce Development teams to develop an approach to talent management that is fit for the future

Person Specification
- CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Strong recruitment/resourcing experience
- Previous man management experience
- Good employment law knowledge
- Some experience of designing and delivering recruitment-based training would be beneficial
- Experience of using job boards and social media branding in the recruitment process
- Experience of data collection, analysis and forming insights that inform recruitment decisions

**Salary
£33,300 - £42,100 plus superb benefits
