Hours of Work:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

What's special about the role?

  • Your team - who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional, face to face facilities maintenance service
  • Variety - you'll lead on front of house, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance engineering

Role Details:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customer (face to face)
  • Planning and delivering contracted services for the sites including: Front of House Reception and Cleaning and Maintenance Engineering in accordance with service level agreements
  • Daily co-ordination of the site facilities teams including team briefings, training etc
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring health and safety and statutory compliance for the sites
  • Identifying opportunities for cost control/ reduction and innovation

  • Experience of co-ordinating or supervising a team working in a customer facing environment - e.g. retail, logistics, facilities
