**Responsibilities**:
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
- Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive atmosphere.
- Encouraging independence and personal development in students.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to be patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
- Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting the educational and emotional development of SEND students.
