**Your new company**A great opportunity is available at a property company based in Teddington. This company has over 20 years' experience in the industry and has made it their mission to keep evolving and providing exceptional services to their customers and employees. This positionis seeking for a self-driven, hardworking individual to join their HR team who will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
**Your new role**Responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintain employee database with accurate information, manage the recruitment process from job advert to organising and attending assessment centres to issuing offer letters and employment contracts, proper andadequate use of in house systems, monitor performance statistics and produce monthly and ad hoc reports, coordinate employee recognition and reward activities, keep up to date with e-filing, attend meetings and take minutes as required to support the teamand up skill own knowledge, work energetically and at pace to deliver our goals and targets, be obsessed about all things in HR and looking for new ideas to improve our services, be a great team player and do what it takes to keep the business moving forward.
**What you'll need to succeed**To succeed within this role, you will have strong Microsoft office skills including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) previous experience with HR systems, working within a fast-paced environment, must have 1+ year in HR administration and enjoy working as part of ateam.
**What you'll get in return**In return you'll be offered a salary of £26,000 depending on experience, 25 holidays plus bank holidays, excellent working hours Monday - Friday 8-5 pm and a permanent contract.
