**The Role Responsibilities**

**Strategy**
- The Implementation Manager /CDM sits within Transaction Bank within the Global Implementation function and acts as the single point of contact for complex implementations/ documentation of cash management solutions. The IM ensures that the client’s expectations are met, by assembling the necessary implementation project team, creating an accurate and complete project plan, ensuring that all milestone dates are met, clearly tracking progress, capture issues and risks, maintaining action plans with follow-ups and ultimately delivering the solution on time.
- The IM during the project is responsible for all stakeholder communication as well as the timely escalation of issues / risks.
- He / she participates in the pre-sales phase - this includes participation in customer meetings, system demonstrations, requirements analysis and/or assisting in solution design.
- For the CDM (Client Documentation Manager) aspect of the role an extensive knowledge of Cash and Trade documentation is required to liaise with clients on all aspects of documentation related to onboarding a TB client and supporting IM’s to onboard large clients.

**Processes**

Pre Sales
- Be a part of Deal team and provide RFP/RFI responses on the implementation component
- Collaborate with Sales/Product/Channels/Operations team during solution designing phase
- Participate in pre-sales client meetings /workshops/ conferences
- Critically review expected revenue and deal size at the time a deal is handed over by TB Sales, responsible for validating the revenue assumptions

**Client Implementation**
- Single point of contact for the client during the implementation phase of complex mandates
- Provide project management/leadership for assigned complex cash management implementations, by following established processes, using all project management tools - Organise Project Steering Committee meetings (for specified implementations). Ensure that the appropriate leaders from the client and all relevant stakeholders from SCB are involved
- Ensure regular communication during the project with internal partners and clients (utilizing meeting minutes, project plan)
- Understand and capture clients’ requirements
- Manage all required Client & Legal documentation during the project
- Active engagement in solution design
- Liaise with ITO / CSG for standard activities as part of complex deals
- coordinate standard set ups in CADM and document checks performed out of SAT / GSSC Hub
- Provide training to the clients for complex implemented deals implemented
- Conduct a post implementation review with the client for all complex implementations along with TB Sales / RM and obtain explicit client sign off
- Provide complete handover to Service teams and working collaboratively with the TB CSAM/PSM/CSG team to resolve post implementation client queries/issues
- Drive implementation acceleration until revenue realization -to reengineer processes for faster turnaround time
- Continuously seek for opportunities to improve i-Prompt, the bank’s strategic project management system for complex implementations

**CDM**
- Work with RM/TB Sales and the TB Implementation Manager (IM) who is assigned for the deal and all country specific IMs who are assigned for the solution implementation to understand the product/service requirements of the client
- Identify all documents including agreements, forms and market specific documents required for the required product/services. CDM as part of preparing the documentation pack, review existing client’s documents with the bank to avoid requesting for documents that client already has with the bank.
- Pre-fill these documents where information is available internally and provide them to the client.
- Liaises directly with client on all documentation requirements and provides clarification
- Work with IM to manage project timeline and coordinate with IMO for completion of the CDD process and completion of core account opening
- Manage contract negotiations with clients where needed and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders & empowered approvers per the Global Template Management Handbook guidelines.
- Ensure the executed version of documents, deviation table & approvals are recorded and filed with the appropriate department or uploaded into iCDMS, where relevant
- Handover completed and verified documents to IM or other stakeholders to continue fulfilment.

**Risk Management**
- Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies
- Completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training including e-learning
- Proactive identification and reporting of risks and concern
