- Start by managing bespoke projects and eventually progress to overseeing and running large projects for the business - 6 - 12 months
- Progression to become a Senior Projects Coordinator within 12-24 months
- Full training and support from the Head of department who has done this role and is still hands on with the division now
- Incredible team culture and a real family unit that all work together, support one another and enjoy a social life outside of work also, enjoy regular team nights out and office fun

This role is working within a projects management team of 12 where you will get a feel for running your own projects from start to finish with the support of your manager and peers; you will be liaising with clients, creating work in progress reports, instructing engineers for works and ensure projects complete and clients are satisfied.

The experience they will consider is quite open, ideally you will have some coordination experience however general administrative experience is also consider as it really is more about you as a person.
