Do you have a fantastic Customer Service background? Do you enjoy supporting customers with their enquiries?

We are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Analyst for our client in Peterborough.

This role entails:

- First point of contact for customers seeking technical support
- Accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant details are documented
- Identifying when to escalate an issue when a first time fix is not achievable
- Building rapport over the phone with Customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the service
- Liaising with customers keeping them informed with the status of rectification

Full time hours at £12 ph. Long term temp position with possibility of going permanent.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a fantastic approach to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. IT skills are desirable but full training is given.

We are searching for a professional, proactive individual with a 'can do attitude' at all times. A friendly persona and positive mentality is essential.

Must be able to read, write English and be fluent in Dutch

Shifts are on a rota from 7am to 6pm 8 hour days - flexible, Friendly environment
