**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce CRM and other tools
- Use SQL and Python to extract, manipulate and analyse data
- Perform data analysis and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and users of Salesforce CRM and related systems

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with Salesforce CRM, SQL, Python, Reports Visualisation, and Data
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related technologies
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
