**Salary: Basic £40,000+ commission**

**Summary**:
They are offering a fabulous opportunity for a successful sales professional to join their team in a Business Development role.

**The Role**:

- Create sales growth developing a new portfolio of domestic and international accounts.
- Provides pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaises with Engineering function on customer technical requirements and potential solutions.
- Create, monitor and revises lead generation plans to drive the sales opportunity pipeline.
- Maintain market and competition awareness.
- Develops strategic plans for export business development.
- Working with the management team to scope and define annual KPI’s.
- Represent the business at intercompany meetings, trade-shows and exhibitions.

**The Person**:

- Successful career to date in technical B2B sales
- Engineering or Materials Science Degree
- Experience of serving an international customer base
- Looking for a dynamic environment - where you can demonstrate your drive, motivation and enthusiasm
- Ability to influence, persuade and build productive relationships
- Confident, persuasive and an ability to pitch concepts to clients
- Articulate, able to present professionally with great communication skills
