This is role has lots of variety, great career development opportunities, and works within our busy transport and vehicle services team. If you enjoy making things happen, delighting customers, and enjoy a really varied and flexible role, then this is the role for you.

You will assist the Operations Manager and Service Supervisor to deliver great service to our customers, and make our day-to-day Passenger Transport, Vehicle Rental, Garage business run smoothly every day.

The role will include;
- Greeting customers who are dropping their vehicles off to us.
- Checking in and out rental vehicles to our customers.
- Processing workshop job sheets through our garage business.
- Progress chasing jobs and giving timely and informative updates to our customers
- Providing operational and administrative support for our passenger transport operation
- General fleet and operations administration
- Answering the phone and being the first to greet our customers

Previous vehicle or transport experience is not essential, but what we do need is energy and enthusiasm to join our busy friendly team, a full driving licence, and we can help teach you the rest.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 and Saturday mornings 08:00 to 10:00AM - we are closed on bank holidays.

Salary is £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, 28 days holiday, pension scheme, employee discount, Free MOT, Free gym membership, never working on your birthday and lots of other great benefits.
