**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeller and Compiler to join our team at Ubico. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting, aggregating, and organising data from various sources into a structured format for analysis, reporting, or further processing.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate closely with the Value & Innovation Assistant Manager on a range of activities.
  • Collect, aggregate, and organise data from various sources into a structured format for analysis, reporting, or further processing.
  • Utilise route optimisation software to create, evaluate and adjust service rounds, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems, and general business operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Full driving licence to be able to drive a range of vehicles up to and including 3.5 tonnes gross weight.
  • GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent, including Maths and English).
  • A level NVQ3, or BTEC relevant professional qualification (Office/ Admin e.g. CLAIT) (relevant experience can be considered as an alternative).

**Benefits:**

  • Estimated salary: £29,093 - £30,060 per annum.
  • 26 days paid annual leave (pro rata if you are working part time) plus bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme with an employer contribution of 4% of your earnings.
