Due to continued success, our Craigavon, County Armagh based Client, an award winning, multi-site organisation, wishes to recruit a Senior HR Assistant or junior HR Officer.

This is a new, permanent HR Assistant job, working full time, on site, supporting the HR Manager with the full range of HR activities.

The successful Senior HR Assistant will enjoy the variety and pace of providing an efficient HR service for 2 key sites. The Senior HR Assistant will support recruitment, onboarding, absence and performance management, leaver exit interviews, manage annual leave etc..

**The Role**
- Recruitment & selection
- New employee onboarding - carrying out inductions
- Providing staff with advice on HR policies & procedures
- Absence management
- Performance management
- Disciplinary and grievance handling
- Conducting leaver exit interviews / working out holiday entitlements
- Attending career fairs
- Updating / maintaining HR information systems
- Preparing information for payroll processing
- Completing statutory reports
- Organising staff travel arrangements (booking flights, accommodation, taxis and airport car parking etc)
- Issuing workwear to employees and maintaining stock levels

**The Person**
- CIPD qualified, or working towards this accreditation
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an HR administration/Assistant role
- Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation
- Excellent IT Skills / fully competent using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word / Excel
- Excellent communication & presentation skills both verbal and written
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Good analytical, planning and organisational skills
- Full driving licence
